Honourable mentions for best tune would probably go to the Ramadanman tune. At the time when I heard it I'd never heard anything else like it before and it totally blew me away. Oh, and the randomer tune is on another level too. A very far cry from what he's doing now.
Obviously the Mala and Four Tet tunes are great too. They don't let you down at all. Worth noting that none of these tunes to my knowledge got released as seperate 12's so they only exist physically on this compilation.
As someone who has been spinning disco records (note the word record) for over 35 years I think I can speak with some authority when I say this is the worse 100 Greatest Disco 12″ I have ever seen. Whilst there are a few tracks on the list that would pass muster in a ‘Best of Disco’ list, the ommissions are staggering. One Patrick Adams track? Malayalam Movie Script Free Download.
